2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us when you book a call, email us or sign a proposal: name, email, phone, company and role.
- Project materials you share for your work: briefs, footage, brand assets, voice samples and account access.
- Billing details needed to invoice you: company name, address and tax details. Card and bank details are entered on our payment providers' pages and are not stored by us.
- Basic website data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard analytics if enabled.
3. How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and run calls you book.
- To deliver, publish and report on the content we make for you.
- To send invoices, receive payments and keep the records required by Indian tax and foreign exchange rules.
- To improve our website and services.
We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising to third parties.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers we need to run the business, such as payment processors (for example Razorpay), our bank, scheduling and email tools, cloud storage, editing and AI voice tools, and social media platforms when we post on your behalf. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. International transfers
We are based in India and many of our clients and tools are overseas, so your data may be processed outside your country. We use established providers with appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
Project materials are kept for the length of our engagement and up to 12 months after, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them. Invoices and payment records are kept for at least eight years, as required by Indian law.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@hexcreatives.net. We reply within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept by law.
8. Security
We use access-controlled accounts, two-factor authentication where available and limit access to the people working on your project.

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
