1. No physical shipping
Hex Creatives provides digital services: video strategy, scripting, voiceover, editing and publishing. We don't sell or ship physical products, so no shipping charges apply.
2. How we deliver
- Finished videos are delivered digitally by a secure download link (for example Google Drive or Frame.io) or posted directly to your social accounts if you've asked us to manage publishing.
- Delivery times are set in your proposal. A typical first delivery is about one week after you approve the brief, and retainer content follows the agreed monthly schedule.
- We confirm every delivery by email or in our shared project channel.
3. Exchanges
Because our work is custom-made, exchanges don't apply. If a delivered video doesn't match the approved brief, we'll revise it within the revision rounds set out in our Terms and Conditions. Refunds are covered in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
4. Problems with delivery
If a link doesn't work or a file is missing, email info@hexcreatives.net and we'll resend it within one working day.
